The boy with the fish tail is Eel.
There are Japanese word "Udagi no nedoko" , the meaning are "Eel's bed ".
Some Japanese traditional house is small and rectangle.
Sometime rectangle's house is called "Unagi no nedoko"(It looks like "Eel's bed").
And, I drew with the joke.
